Walking the crowded streets of the business sector you come across a very decorated and vibrant display of lights and sound. in limegreen neons you can clearly see the name of the building /Flash o' Cash/. The stink of cigarettes, booze, and human perspiration fill the air. Loud gong-like sounds and all forms of alarms buzz across the building. from the outside the area you can see broken slot machines set up as podium like structures with giant Es solder to the top of the slot machines. For the sake of class in the shadow of a great civilization the classic Velvet rope and goon squad stand at the entrance allowing people access to the building.
Once you are within the structure you are greeted by a sea of female hostess wearing very little to cover themselves. The area itself seems to be much larger on the inside than on the outside. The floor is filled with high stakes and low stakes poker tables as well as an assortment of roulette and craps tables. There is a bar pressed against the far wall of the building and stretching across almost the whole wall spare 2 stairwells. 4 bartenders are behind the tables serving the sloshed gambling addicts. There are a few men in business suits standing around observing the establishment one in particular stands out as what you can assume is the host. people from both the Core and middle class sectors come here to blow off steam or get lucky.
Once up the stairs on the second floor there are many private rooms for no limit high stakes poker players. most of the rooms have windows overseeing the floor. All the windows within these rooms are properly tinted so you cant see into them. some of the rooms are simply locked to customers at Flash o Cash. General knowledge tells you that they are most likely screening and interrogation rooms to catch and punish cheaters.
the third and forth floor of the building have 2 primary locations. Both are on the third floor at either end of the building, where a hostess is sitting behind a desk making reservations for the hotel service that works in conjunction with the Casino. any space between these and down all the hallways are doors upon doors requiring key cards to unlock the panels allowing access into the rooms. with the money generated by both the casino and the hotel it is no wonder that this place can afford to be so well kept. even if its running off borrowed technology. Disc.Corp keeps its personal as the bouncers to keep the peace in exchange for a cut of the profits.
Taking note, the hostesses seem to be going around the floor serving drinks to all the heavy gamblers at the poker and craps tables. many of the tables are low ball, and a short few are filled with high ballers betting embarrassing amounts of credits.
